Zoom Express launched a laundry pick up and delivery service in the Dallas area, offering anything from traditional wash and fold to dry cleaning and even bulky item cleaning. They needed to get the word out to prospective customers who were looking for help in keeping up with the never-ending chore of the family laundry. Their new landing page reinforced the ease and convenience of this next day laundry service, while Facebook ads and postcard direct mail were used to drive awareness and trial.
